You file your CAPE claim in your name through the CBP portal, listing our payment partner's account as the refund destination (with your authorization).

4 CBP Issues the Refund

When CBP approves and issues your refund, it goes via ACH to our payment partner's account (held in trust for you).

5 Cross-Border Transfer to Your Account

We transfer the funds cross-border to your local bank account. You receive your refund in your own currency and banking system.
